The following terms and conditions apply to all rentals booked through Aruba Beach Rentals. By making a reservation, you agree to follow these terms and accept responsibility for the proper use and care of the rental equipment.

Cancellations

Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date are non-refundable. Please confirm your dates and plans before booking.

Rental & Safety

Customers are responsible for using all rental equipment properly and safely. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and under appropriate supervision.

Customer Responsibility

By renting our equipment, you acknowledge that use of the equipment carries inherent risks. Customers are responsible for their own safety and for any guests or children using the equipment.

Damage or Loss

Customers may be responsible for costs associated with lost, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Security Deposit

A $100 cash security deposit is required at the time of drop-off. The deposit will be returned when the rental equipment is picked up, provided the equipment is returned in good condition without damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

Agreement

By completing a rental reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
